    I ordered 3 sets of this design because it had a few serving pieces that matched. They were packaged well, and there were no defects. Sure wish there were more matching pieces, such as a butter dish, salt and pepper shakers, and a platter. I'm certain we'll be happy with these dishes for many years!

    I bought 2 sets of these dishes for my daughter that was moving into her 1st home. I wanted something that was pretty but didn't want stoneware because it chips so easily. These are a perfect size, and they look so nice on the table with her black placemats. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope to get serving pieces for her in the near future.

    Ordered 3 sets of Classic Cafe Black and another 12 plates, same design, but in a different size. The dishes were just what I wanted ... packaging was incredible; my daughter is moving and is re-using ALL of the materials. I loved re-placing my 30+ year old, HEAVY stoneware, which I donated to a shelter, and am now thoroughly enjoying the new dishes. A VERY SATISFYING experience.

    I bought this set for my son who moved into his first apartment. I still use a set of Corelle plates that I got when I got my first place over 30 years ago, so I thought this is the perfect gift!
