No direction for laying and the first time we mowed over it the lawn mower sucked up the edge and mangled it.

I realize it is my error, but I did not read the description closely enough. I wanted to put this as a permanent barrier that could be mowed over and this product popped up when I entered rubber edging. It is coco fiber. It does have a latex backing, but if you mow over a coco fiber barrier, you will slowly eat it away, sending ugly little brown fluff balls in your yard.

Would recommend to anyone who needs a mowing edge along flower beds, fence, or etc. Recommend fastening down with landscape pins or something similar to anchor in place.

This is the finishing touch i needed for my front flower bed. I decided to try thist ype of edging after installing edging along a brick walk. I also added two potted plants as well as red cedar mulch and red rubber mulch. I underestimated the amount of border I need. Therefore I have ordered an addition roll of the 10'x 9 roll. The product is great, but initially I received the roll with my first order. (1 roll was only 6 wide). I needed the wider size 9. it was replaced in less than a week. The only problem I had with this was that I wanted to install it while the soil was wet. When i start a project, I can finish very quickly if I have all the materials I need.i will send photos after I receive the last roll I ordered. This is a beautiful and useful garden product.
