Instruction for Use:
Step1: fill the neti pot with about 200 ml of warm water or slightly salty water (around 37 or whatever temperature you prefer) and tighten the cap.
Step2: hold the neti pot with a hand while sealing the ventilation hole with the forefinger.
Step3: forward your head and open your mouth and breath,then fix the neti pot tip into one of your nostrils.
Step4: unseal the ventilation hole by lifting the forefinger to let the water run from one nostril to another.
Step:5:pause whenever necessary by sealing then ventilation hole again.
Caution: do keep your mouth open for breath while using the product or you may get choked.
Attn: No return is allowed for neti pot due to hygiene concern. This neti pot is only one size and doesn't suit all people' nose. Remember, the neti pot is not a substitute for medical treatment. Anyone with chronic inflammation of the nasal passages or other ear, nose, or throat disorders should seek medical attention.
