Not too hard, not too soft.Not to large, not too small.It is just right for laying on to relax back/hip muscle spasms. Also perfect for rolling under my calves as well as the balls of my feet. I had no idea there were so many areas that massage just wasn't getting quite enough. And the best part is that with the super pinky, I can do it all by myself, and am not reliant on someone else. I can control the location as well as the intensity.

I use the pink ball by pressing it against a wall, or sitting on it, to massage my pecs and hamstrings. It's great and works as I imagined it would. I've used lacrosse balls to do the same thing, and the pink ball is more forgiving.

From the photo and reviews this Super Pinky Ball looked nice and soft. I'm disappointed to find that it is very firm, and only a heavy person could flatten it out as in the photo shown.For massage it is useless to me, and I could have bought a cheap ball at the dollar store (or even cheaper at Wally World) for what this is worth.What a waste of six bucks!

I can't live without this and my foam roller. The little pink ball works so well to work out the kink in my left shoulder. I really am pain free after using it.

My wife bought it, but i use it more than she does. Had an episode with bursitis and it rubbed it out. thanks.

I have had hip and back problems for 5 years and at times could not sit in any position. After years of massage therapy I have discovered the best therapy is massaging my glutes and pinky balls work great! I just sit on one and roll it around until I hit the swollen muscle balled up in my butt cheek, then as I roll it around the tightened muscle will release and my pain is gone. Although this is temperary it works great so every time it starts getting tight I get out my pinky balls and sit on them!
