We've used high-quality materials, including precision-cut foam and a durable fabric cover, to construct the Sitback Rest. Size: 13"x14" (33cm x 36cm). The 6"x10" Hot & Cold Pack easily attaches to the Sitback Rest via hook-and-loop closure.

Heat the Hot and Cold Pack in the microwave at 30 second intervals, kneading each time, until pack feels warm to touch. Store in freezer.
