The foam pillow helps alleviate tension headaches, neck pain and the discomforts of arthritis and other ailments

The cervical foam pillow is made from smooth precision-cut foam with two different-sized support lobes (3.75" and 4.5" tall). Choose the side that's more comfortable for you, depending on whether you're a side or back sleeper.

Measures 14.5" x 22" (56 cm x 37 cm). Fits standard pillowcase; solid white pillowcase included. Available in standard and gentle support.

Care instructions

Pillowcase:

Wash in cool, soapy water.
Tumble or line dry.

Pillow:

Wipe foam with a damp cloth.
Air dry.
