Should you receive a personalized item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment and the same item will be replaced with the same personalization.

    I was very impressed by the lowered price of the item I wanted to buy after searching online for days to find more reasonable prices. I found the best price by far on opentip.com. Sometimes when you are paying less for a product that is considerably more costly at other vendors, there is a fear that the product will have a problem or defect. However, the product was exactly as described and exactly what I wanted and ordered. And the product arrived so much faster than expected as well. I had totally forgot about the product because I was so busy and here I am at home with a delivery man dropping off the product. I was so surprised to see it arrive so fast. The only slight issue, which might have been the same issue with other vendors, the orange in the product (table runner) was a little more on the peachy side than a bright orange as I was hoping. But I am very satisfied with the product and will continue to use the site and inform my friends. GREAT JOB!
