Merchandise returned without a return authorization (RMA) number issued by customer service will not be accepted. Items that will not be credited back are: DISCONTINUED, SEASONAL which includes: New years, Christmas, Halloween, Graduation, merchandise with a date on it, and similar items. Catering products including: trays, punch bowls, steam pans, and similar items. Wearable items which include: leis, hats, vests, tiaras, and similar items.
