 Wilderness Family Naturals' Coconut Spread is simply the flesh of mature coconuts dried and then ground.  Because the meat of a coconut is so high in oils this results in a delicious paste that is shelf stable, smooth and creamy.  This spread contains over 60% medium chain fatty acids.  It is delicious on toast or spread over rice cakes.  By adding a small amount of coconut milk you will create an unsweetened, tasty, low carbohydrate frosting or filling.  This spread is also a nice addition to smoothies and protein drinks.  Our Coconut Spread contains no preservatives and no additives.  It is a completely natural product, therefore the oil may separate and in colder climates this oil will solidify.
