Azure Farm Organic Alphabet Soup Mix - 29.3 ozs.

This organic alphabet soup with lentils contains two packets - one for organic seasonings, one for organic alphabet pasta. Add diced tomatoes for the perfect bowl.

Please note for 25 lb bulk: 7.81 lbs of seasonings are required to prepare 25 lbs of dry beans.  1 cup of alphabet seasoning mix will season 2 1/2 cups (1 lb) of dry beans.  The 1 lb alphabet seasoning packets are sold separately.  See QS026.

• Cooking Instructions for 29.3 oz. package: Sort and wash beans. Soak overnight.  Drain. Add bean blend to 10 cups water, bring to a gentle boil for 30 minutes. Add seasoning and vegetable/pasta packets, 2-28 oz. cans of organic diced tomatoes, and cook an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 14.
• Cooking Instructions for 16.8 oz. package: Sort and wash beans. Soak overnight.  Drain.  Add bean blend to 6 cups water, bring to a gentle boil for 30 minutes. Add seasoning and vegetable/pasta packets, 2-14.5 oz. cans of organic diced tomatoes and cook an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
