However, for professional monitoring, it requires a one year contract which is purchased during the product registration process for $29.99/month. After this one year monitoring contract expires, the professional monitoring continues on a month to month basis at the same rate/month.

- Broadband connection connects to central alarm monitoring and provides remote access
