Build or repair your own video cables with a DE15 (DB15HD) male type plug. Wire up the cable ends into the crimp-style pins (sold separately) on the reverse side of the D-sub connector. Note that this is for a three-row pin layout found in VGA video cables, not two as found in older game controllers.
