It's ironic that the worst thing you can do to your VCR is play videotapes. It seems everybody has a tape they record their favorite weekly shows on over and over again. We only take out that weekly tape to put in a rental video. And who knows where that rental tape has been!

Tiny pieces of metal, called tape oxides, get left in your VCR every time you play a videotape. The combination of oxide build up, dust and hair will cause distorted sound and a fuzzy picture. It can get so bad that your videotape will get caught in a sticky roller, stretch and break. In other words, your videotape gets eaten.

The 3-in-1 VCR Cleaner uses three steps to clean the tape drive. It uses a combination of a textured cloth tape and Ultreen cleaning fluid to loosen and remove build up. Using this on a regular basis (once a month or so) will help keep your VCR from eating your tapes and keep the sound and picture from getting all fuzzy.
