This rack is great. It came promptly and was well packaged and a breeze to assemble. The dowels that hold the canvas bags are not all drilled straight, so a few are slightly off. However, once the bags are on this is not noticeable. There is just one long screw holding each dowel, so I agree with other reviews that suggest wood glue to additionally support the dowels over time.As others have noted, a cardboard or thin hardboard should be cut to insert at the bottom of each bag to keep them from sagging when full. My only worry is how sturdy the rack is if filled with magazines ( which can be quite heavy). The rack is held up by sliding 2 keyhole brackets onto screws you supply and drill into your wall. The keyhole brackets are attached to the rack by 2 tiny little screws for each bracket. I guess I should use bigger screws, but the holes in the metal bracket are tiny too. I suggest that if the rack is going to hold heavier items that a stronger hanger loop be used on it.I needed to install these on a white wall and ended up painting them white to match. ( I'll try to post pictures)

We are using this at our front door to catch hats, mittens, and scarves. It's working great. Looks nice and I'm pleased. One of the rods was a bit crooked when I put it together, but you can hardly tell with the canvas bags on.

Hung it vertically as it was purchased to fit a certain space to store items cluttering a counter. Looks great and love the bags which hide the mess.

Love this! Assembly was quick and easy and mounting it on the wall was simple. You do need to supply your own nails for the wall. I bought it to store my kids art supplies and this works absolutely perfectly. I did cut out cardboard to put in the bottom of the canvas bags so they'd hold their shape with the weight if paints and coloring supplies and that definitely did the trick. Looks awesome hanging horizontally and goes with my current decor. I will buy another one in the near future for bathroom storage.

I was expecting the worst after reading other reviews, so perhaps that's why I wasn't as disappointed. On the advice of other reviewers, we cut out squares of cardboard to line the bottom of each basket. It definitely feels flimsy, but mine had no obvious damage or other issues out of the box. It seemed to be a little bit warped and didn't lay flat against the wall on one side, but that was barely noticeable and isn't an issue now that it's holding weight. For all the negative comments and my initial first impressions of how light and flimsy it was, this thing is surprisingly strong. I have about a dozen magazines in the bottom basket right now (and have for about a month) and it shows no signs of stress. I use it to keep things organised within reach in the living room - one basked for magazines, one for things which need attention, one for incoming mail, and one for miscellaneous things that would gather on the coffee table. So yeah, it seems pretty flimsy, but it's a really nice design, it looks great, and it's holding up okay so far. I really like it, especially for the price. I've just had to make sure to keep the lower baskets sufficiently filled to deter the fat cat, as I'm pretty sure it can't hold his weight!!
