Lexa™ MinimIzeR™ provides a functional lens that's not too dark and not too light, but which helps protect from some infrared radiation.The Lexa MinimIzeR lens helps protect against "flash burn", a common and damaging hazard that occurs when workers are exposed to welding arcs. The neutral gray color of the MinimIzeR lens has a high visible transmittance of 50%, resulting in excellent visual acuity that is not only pleasing to the eyes, but it solves color recognition problems that are encountered with green shaded lenses. Features: - Visible light transmittance of 50% which is higher than lenses normally worn in electric (arc) welding environments.
